AI SEO Specialist

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience who can work independently, lead with ownership, and drive SEO initiatives across cross-functional teams with expertise in traditional and AI search optimization.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Build and manage white-hat backlink strategies for domain authority growth.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams for SEO implementation.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and generative search experiences.
• Implement structured data/schema markup to improve search visibility.
• Track SEO KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and SEO best practices.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth marketing.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of AI search optimization, generative search, and evolving search engine behavior.
• Knowledge of keyword clustering, topical authority, EEAT, and content optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and website CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
